The community of White's Hill Road will be maintained by a homeowners association composed of the owners of record of the properties on the site. One of the roles of the HOA is to administer the principles established by the developer to ensure that the home designs are respectful of the environment, protect the privacy of neighbors, and reflect green, contemporary design and innovative technologies. The HOA will maintain the common areas, including the greenway, plow the driveways, supervise woods and streams, ensure environmental protection and address issues such as erosion. Its elected board will administer and enforce the protections set forth in the by-laws, including the types of buildings that may be erected, lot maintenance, residential and recreational uses, and other matters that affect the common good of the residents.
